She has previously been associated with firms like McCann Worldgroup and Fortis Healthcare during her stint in the field of Advertising & Marketing, along with working in the sectors including FMCG, Insurance, Travel, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Telecom. She led various CXO Peer Group Forums providing business advisory services to MD/CEOs across the country with establishments like IMA India and The Times of India Group before assuming full-time responsibilities of Citiart. Ishita is a second-generation entrepreneur and a Director at Citiart.

Bharat Varma has a degree in Architecture from (IIT) Roorkee. He is a practicing architect with over 20 years’ of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management & Valuation. He is also an IT expert with vast experience in Computer Networking and Security systems. Bharat has been a visiting Faculty member at IIT Roorkee, Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon and C.R. State College of Engineering, Murthal.
